The manufacturing process was achieved by our engineering department's scrupulous requirements, starting with the material selection to the high precision machining to the heat and chemical treating and finally to quality inspection and assembly.

Made of black anodized 7975-T6 aluminium, the MHR throttle body has been designed specifically to achieve maximum efficiency in combination with the Double PowerCam, providing the right intake to the engine in this configuration.

HTRolls are made with CPT with a specific formula and their weight is marked on one side.
HTRolls represent a technical spare part for the original one, in a complete series of calibrated elements capable of varying your scooter's transmission ratio and perfectly regulating its speed and acceleration.

This new system is based on Multivar MHR Next, which, matched with the other parts - allows to achieve really unique performances!
The torque driver (movable pulley) has a larger diameter compared to the original one and the very latest specifications, allowing to have a greater velocity-ratio range compared to the original pulley
The fixed half-pulley completes the OVER RANGE: this component features a diamond finish of the belt-side pulley surface and a redesigned working angle to further increase the gearing range.
The whole completion of OVER RANGE system includes the torsion controller.
NB: For an even better performance we suggest you to combine the variator with the new X K Belt MHR.

Malossi Traction Free is a device designed especially for Yamaha TMax 530 and 560 cc maxiscooters to inhibit traction control and/or the vehicle’s speed limiter.

4 selectable functions using the 4-position rotary switch:
Bypass => resets the original configuration
Tcs-off => disables traction control
Limit-off => disables the speed limiter
Tcs+Lim => disables traction control and the speed limiter

MALOSSI HT-LEAD Ø7MM X L50CM UNIVERSAL

This component called Torque Driver for its specific function of determining the exact shifting moment, was calculated to give the vehicle the maximum possible acceleration in connection with the specific power of any single engine. The spiral's peculiar shape was studied to fix the RPMs on the point of maximum power. It was expressly created to complete the development of boosted motors withour cylinders, variators and the special Malossi K Belts, allowing to fully exploit your vehicle's notable torque and power.

Larger external diameter (186 mm, +3 mm compared to the original one), redesigned working angle (13°) and diamond finish of the belt-side pulley surface to further increase the gearing range!
